Your holdings
Add each investment once with today's price. Units and cost are worked out from your transactions below.
| Holding | Type | Current price per unit |
|---|
Transactions
| Date | Holding | Transaction | Units | Price per unit | Fees / tax | Cash flow |
|---|
Buy and sell: units × price. Dividend: units × dividend per unit, with any withholding tax as a fee. Fee: only the fee amount; choose "Whole portfolio" for account fees.
Portfolio summary
Annual return is money-weighted (like Excel's XIRR): it takes into account when money went in and came out. It needs at least 30 days of history.
Results per holding
| Holding | Units held | Average cost | Value | Unrealized gain / loss | Realized gain / loss | Dividends received | Fees and taxes paid | Total return | Annual return |

Target allocation and rebalancing
Set a target share for each type (100 % in total).
| Type | Target % | Value | Current | Drift | Buy (+) / sell (−) | Buy with new money |
|---|
Positive amounts are buys, negative amounts are sells. Buying with new money never sells anything.

How the numbers are calculated
Cost uses the average-cost method: each sale removes units at their average purchase price, and the difference is your realized gain. Fees and taxes are shown separately and subtracted from total return. You enter the prices yourself; nothing is fetched or stored on a server.
