Small Business Cash Flow Planner Pro
Plan 24 months of cash with VAT, customer and supplier payment terms, and items that repeat monthly, quarterly or yearly. See every month that falls below your cash buffer and how long your money lasts.
Starting point
VAT
Enter amounts without VAT. The planner adds VAT to what customers pay you and what you pay suppliers, and pays the difference to the tax office.
VAT for a period that ended before the first month is not included. Add it under Money out if it is still unpaid.
Money in
Amounts are without VAT. Growth raises the amount once a year from the first month. Paid after is the delay between the invoice and the money moving.

How the plan works
Each item creates an invoice in every month it applies. The money moves when the invoice is paid, so sales with a one-month payment term show up as cash a month later. VAT on sales minus VAT on purchases is added up per VAT period and paid after the delay you choose; a negative amount is a refund. Runway beyond 24 months is estimated from the average of the last six months.
